Motion audit (18 measured problems): camera shake was positional and teleported the camera up to 6 m on impacts; half the shakes never fired; Kite flipped 180° whenever he slowed; the chase 'swings' had a ~200 g cusp at every apex with webs stretching 20–31%; poses held like statues at 26 m/s; 90–179° pops between drawings; planted feet saw-toothing; the Glitch landed twice and its lunge root snapped.

Geometry audit (all confirmed in renders): Kite's leap of faith and zip-up ran inside the Spire's lower setbacks (camera too); hips through the roof lip in the coda; Kite buried in the Glitch at the sign smash; tail swat through a building; shins into the train roof; Glitch feet sinking 0.28 m.

Fixes:

Cameras: baked after all shots; rotational impact shake (9–13 Hz, 0.12 s decay); spring-damped operator (critically damped follow + aim, velocity lead so it keeps up but eases into and settles out of moves); zenith guard; rotational handheld.
Swings are physics now: S03 is a rigid-web pendulum sim; the chase is an event-driven swing chain (catch on the way down, release past the anchor, fly to the apex) with the web 'pumping'; poses and webs come from the swing events.
Hero: facing never flips (held when slow, spring-smoothed); crossfades ≥ 6 frames; 60°/drawing rotation cap; an 'alive' layer of breathing and organic drift on held poses; body held on twos when grounded so feet stay planted.
Glitch: NLA rebuilt (looping idle base + blended action strips), single clean landing, feet on the ground.
All geometry fixes from the audit applied.

Both auditors are now re-measuring the rebuilt scene against their original numbers.
